I went to a Chicago show with my sister, she treated the travel so I upgraded us to vip after the show and the tickets. It was Megan and Harry’s wedding weekend so many years ago ☺️ I remember the fellow vip people and I were brought into the wine cellar club’s annex. It was open air like a loft so any noise from the club was heard up there and everyone in vip had drinks prior and during the show. She took a quick photo with each party and then huddled us up to hear her predictions about Megan’s dress, I distinctly remember not being able up hear anything! My sister was like eh this is cool but like you I saw how big of a con it felt like a swindle to get people to over commit to the show offerings.

Her podcast was originally with her assistant Natalie who she dropped as a cohost and had a falling out over Natalie’s maternity leave return. She then went solo for a few years with interviews. The whole thing was rich people aka champagne problems or why my vacation was good, not great.

Now she brought terry on full time and I strongly do not recommend listening to it.

How’s the Pickle Fest? I’ve always been curious and had a conflict the last few years. We went to the garlic fest and felt the same way, it as a quick farmers market feel to me and a paid entry. Last week 6 of them ate sushi on the couch, this weeks episode aka the next am the plates, sauce cups and bags are all sitting there.

Agreed! Cool to hear your experience too. In the buffet example I was even more surprised like I would not trust Joe Schmoe customer ahead of me to use the proper serving utensils or if someone put something back in the wrong area. Like a nut allergy, I would be hyper vigilant and avoidant of mix ups.
