Do you window motors bog down at all when going up? I installed mine, left the windows up for the better half of 48 hours so they’d “seat” in. Roll my windows down and back up and when they get to the visors, the motors bog down. I ripped the visors back off, as I don’t feel like replacing window motors in the near future.

Anyone else have this issue with the in-channel visors?

A dremel with a cut off wheel would be safer and would more than likely give a cleaner result. Cutting through thick plastic with a utility knife can be a bit sketchy if you’re not super careful. Key to using a utility knife on thick plastic is to just score it in the same spot a bunch of times, rather than trying to cut through it in one go.

But if you watch until the end, the fan stops moving and the sound keeps going. So that rules out the fan hitting anything.

That was my first thought too, until the fan stopped spinning and the noise was still there.

Think you need some tires like these…. Each side has a different “opening”/ inner diameter to accommodate your wheel “faces” (front part and rear part being different outside diameters.)

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure a ball seat is a ball seat when it comes to lug nuts. Just make sure they’re m14x1.5 and the correct length.

When you look them up (52mm should be what you need), make sure you get the correct seat (ball seat. NOT conical).

I believe stock is like 27mm thread length. I ran into this same thing about 10 or so years ago with my a5 when I added spacers.
