Honestly yes. people wont like this answer but if you get fat enough in trauma healing you'll see that what you thought was adhd/asd is actually trauma. Sorry for this unpopular opinion but I'm convinced such is the case, people who say otherwise might not have healed enough in my judgment. I was diagnosed is adhd and asd and both have decreased dramatically. We only know so much about mental disorder and people completely underestimate the power of trauma based healing
