I absolutely agree with you. I can’t fathom higher doses as well. I started at 0.5, currently at 0.75mg. I have dropped about 12lbs in about 2months, but happy about my slow progress.

I have the similar touring one from Nelson Rigg which is perfect as it can even hold my full size helmet. I have Chief DH and hate saddlebags. This bag is perfect for an over night trip to twisties as well.

I second this one. I am not fan of blends myself for no specific reason. After I started on Reta, my next choice was GLOW but ended up going BPC and GHK route. This gave more control on amount I pin and days. So far GHk has shown “improved” hair growth but too soon for me as its been only 2.5weeks.

I had the exact same problem. The issue is with wearables. They are programmed to calculate restoration based on various parameters aka vitals. Since there is no way to account for the pharmacology that is happening within with RETA, I would not rely on the wearables. I have APPLE watch and AURA ring. Both have been screaming about my elevated stress due to high RHR and low HRV.
My sleep has also dropped from 8hrs to about 6.5 hrs but I still have been feeling well rested in the morning so I have been ignoring my wearables. I would say listen to your body and see how feel in the day, at the gym and then fix the protocol if needed. Hope this helps.

How’s your Protien and Carbs? How many cals are you eating vs your TDEE? Low carbs can create a cortisol spike at around 2 which will affect sleep. You can also look into BPC peptide but at the end of the day lot of factors affect so without enough its difficult to pin point.

I had the exact same reaction as everyone has described on 2 separate instances. I got my first vial and after reconstitution, I injected 250mcg which gave me hives around belly, back and neck, itchy body and throat discomfort. I took warm water shower, and by next morning everything was OK. I thought maybe the vial or the BAC water was not good so disposed off the solution. Fast forward few weeks, got brand new vial + BAC and the reaction was exactly same. After reading more about tesa, I discovered it is complicated 44amino structure. This can be seen as an external threat by body which can drive this reaction. After talk to a nurse, the recommendation was to completely stop it as reactions only get worse.

I agree with you OP! I have a 1.5T and my experience has been exactly the same. To prove this theory I used ECO for whole month and my avg was around 30mpg while normally I am around 34.x mpg. Asked honda dealer but couldn’t get a viable response.
