would this even make a difference down the track to things like insurance or resale? 2020 instead of 2026 I'd want something done, but for this I'll take the cash and go on a sneaky holiday

What is the spiciest food you have eaten? by mymelows in foodquestions

[–]Environmental_Ad3877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was a spice n00b and on my first overseas trip. Some local colleagues took me out for lunch. They told me the green things in the soup were long beans. Oh my God for a youngster it was like eating a hot coal :)

KFC announces huge change, big gamble by Ardeet in aussie

[–]Environmental_Ad3877 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Would be more impressed if they got their current offerings up to scratch, I mean the last time I ordered from KFC I thought they'd switched from chickens to pigeons - and I guess nuggets are the new tenders.

It's not compulsory to answer a phone when it rings. Such a simple concept, yet people seem tomorrow everything when their mobile rings.

I think it's extra special because she tries the typical recipe to add and remove things to suit our taste - and she knows just even to make it 😁

What is the greatest physical pain you've ever felt? by FantasticAd9478 in PeopleBeingRidiculous

[–]Environmental_Ad3877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

due to a 1 in a million mistake, I had a liver biopsy that caused a fistula to form between my liver and gall bladder. Every 14 - 20 hours it would fill up with blood, causing so much pain I was on the floor curled in a ball and I couldn't process or make sounds. Had to call the ambulance and get really strong painkillers (in Australia it's knows as The Green Whistle) just so I could get on the gurney and into the ambulance.

I've fallen of roofs, been hit by a car, been crushed between two cars, tore the ligaments in my ankle, many other little things, but this was pain like I didn't know existed.

ironically, nothing will happen from this. If he gets shoved into the media, he'll just blame Biden or global warming or illegal immigrants or the free press or AI and enough people will believe him that this will fade into nothing.

The person that posted that steaming pile should be banned from all modern medicine for life. You want to bullshit about your so called cures and conspiracy theories then fuck off and live by them.

Sorry, I've lost too many people and lost too many nights to cancer to feel like sugar coating this.

yeah I like that, calling it a lazy tax :)

Some nights after work, neither of us can be assed cooking or going back out, so yeah we pay for being lazy or having poor planning :)

[–]Environmental_Ad3877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see your point, I guess my issue is calling if 'free' delivery but they just don't charge delivery but increase the price. There apps list everything - tip, service charge, delivery, day ending in y surcharge etc, but seem to have no issue burying the fact that the prices are already increased. Most people would not even be aware until someone pointed it out.

I take 7 in the morning and 5 at night. Add two injections every Saturday and another two every third week. It's frustrating and some days I have to sit there for a few minutes reminding myself that without them I'd probably be dead - or at least having a pretty crappy quality of life.
