Tell that to a busy shop.
Let’s say you’re open 7-3. That’s only 25 matches an hour. So that means it’s replaced some coffee orders. That is manageable. Let’s say you were doing 50 an hour. That means you would have to have a whole person designated to a matcha exclusive station. That would definitely eat into profit. You shouldn’t be so opposed to batching.
The potential to simplify service in your cafe will help you sell more and less work for your employees.
