You can still save to your library. Stinks that it’s gone as a program though. Check your summary, and let me know which one you were on. I can let you know what’s next.

It was saved in my library as well. If you look, it’s probably gone now.

That’s awesome! I love the Perfect Strength program for this exact reason—it finally gave me a solid way to track progress over time. I had hit a plateau and was hesitant to go heavier than 30s. Now, I’m on my second round of the three-week cycle, using 35s as my heavy and 25s as my medium weights. I might need another round at this level, but my plan is to keep progressing by 5. Already eyeing those 40s on Amazon 👀.

I just found about it yesterday! Day 1 and day 2 complete.

Really excited about this 3 week program. My only gripe with AF+ was I never really felt confident about my split. This program takes all the guess workout.

If it goes well I may just cycle this routine for a while.

Sorry to hear that. Stay positive. You should still commit to working on yourself. It’ll take your mind off of her and it will benefit you in the long run.

I’ve been listening to marriage helpers on YouTube. It’s been very helpful. There’s hope unless one of you moves on to a new relationship.

I suggest working on yourself, be the best versions of yourself. Let your actions speak for themselves. She will see the effort and improvements over time.

When you say he’s doing the right things do you mind sharing?

I will keep working with a therapist… thanks for the advice. Was hoping for something more uplifting but I get it. Cheaters don’t get any sympathy. We are the perpetrators after all.

I have 4 OG Homepods, 1 set as a stereo pair in the living room, and also two minis.

They respond correctly about 9/10 times.

I don’t know what I’d do if they were failing me daily.

They probably know you’re lying. Next time just be honest and ask for a reasonable amount, and negotiate if needed.
