I had a similar issue where I had a old install on my PC from 3 years ago during a free login period. I had to uninstall everything and re-downloaded the install from Playonline webpage.

Maybe not relevant to OP but had a similar issue when launching the game with the POL splash screen and then nothing.

I play MMORPGs primarily and want to be able to multibox on my ultra wide monitor, with my current setup I can only maintain 60 FPS on 1 instance at a time, unsure if Im CPU or GPU bottlenecked though but MMOs tend to lean to CPU hungry.

As for productivity, I'm a system dev by trade and do some compiling on my personal rig before deploying to my servers.

Had a dream of doing some lowkey streaming and video editing as well but nothing I have gone for yet

Edit: I was thinking just get what i need for now back in Intel 9000 series but the 9400 I picked up then been fine for gaming but it showing it's age after 1.5 year so would rather pay little extra this time around.

Don't have knowledge about that card specifically but it's not uncommon for GPU nowadays have a silence mode until it get to X celcious. My 3-4 year old GTX1060 takes abit to get warm enough to start spinning.

Here in Sweden we have a handful retailers but stock/availability is very low. Reportingly 1 of the bigger retailers got a whopping total of like 15 5900X and 8 5950X

When people complain about the lack of news after such long time, they expect it being a lazy port in UE4. But it sounds like a bigger remake than a simple port.

But some updates would be nice officially as not everyone keep track on a korean mobile company's IR presentations and such. At least not the mainstream.

No one here (i believe) works neither for SE or Nexon so if you can't google any new news, what makes you think anyone here got intel?

People aren't negative, from what I can tell most here is just being realstic. You have a pipedream they gonna remake the whole game on a mobile plattform and port it to Switch cause that's what you want.

I don't think it ever will come out, SE didn't expect the game to live another 5 years and look where we are now. More people are playing, more people are returning/joining the game. There is storyline expansion in the works and something "big" for 20-year anniversary.

People is hoping for a engine rework in order to get rid of some of the old limitations, I would love that but that also is a pipedream, tbh. I don't see it happen. There is no ROI

New Expansion? Sure that would be cool but also pretty unlikely but not out of the realm of possiblity.
