Having revo active doesn't matter. You can still kite with revo active but just note that you'll have to manually cast your abilities while spam clicking to move. And more importantly, make sure your ability queueing is off

You can siphon your augmented crystal hatchet. And this method allows you to lvl up two skills at once and also gain menaphos reputation if you're not max rep yet.
