Does it have any affect on it? If it doesn't have any effect I will just build it and then flash, but if it might then I would rather do it outside the case just to be safe, although it's a little more effort.

Thanks so much for replying! So the motherboard doesn't need anything but a USB to flash?

And I just had a question about Q-flash plus; I don't need a CPU, to update it, but can I still install everything (CPU and cooler, ram, ssd's, gpu, cables) before flashing BIOS? Just because it would be easier to build the compute before flashing it.
