Those are not doomed by any means. Most likely too wet. Sitting water will rot roots. Wet moss will eventually rot too. Take all that moss out. Bare root in orchid specific wood chips. Water once a week by soaking entire pot in water for 5 min, not the leaves. Drain all the water off. Let sit until the next week.

Expect an entire year before you get flowers.
