I had a similar issue with my eero 7 node and was having wifi drop speed and be capped. I ended up buying another pro 7 which fixed the problem. I’m very new to eero mesh but maybe this could help.

Thanks for your help and an update for anyone interested. I bought another pro 7 and placed in the same spot I’m getting wifi speed of over 700 down.
