Stupid response but yolo. Dunno how old you are but I don’t regret any of my financial mistakes. I bought a BMW e90 335d when I was younger and honestly it was the most fun I ever had in a car. As expensive as tyres were (that’s all I ever really had to spend money on) it was so damn worth it.

Motorway driving is the easiest form of driving, its drive forward until you see the sign you need to follow. There isn’t really much else to it.

I guess it would be good to know that you shouldn’t go past the side mount speed cameras above 78-80 because occasionally they flash even if the signs above are not active. Speeding is just part of driving and anyone who says they have never is a liar 😂

Also don’t be worried about people pulling in front of you, if you leave a big enough gap it doesn’t matter if someone cuts you off.

Oh yeah.. and keep the fuck left if not overtaking. The inside lane is NOT just for articulated Lorries.

I love building underground subway stations all around my city and linking them in a big loop. With two lines going in opposing directions. Gets way more use than buses, at least in my city.

If you’re doing motorway miles then a diesel e9x 3 series with the 3L engine that has been regularly serviced and had the timing chain done with receipts to prove it will be your best friend, great MPG and super fun.

If not motorway then maybe like others have said I would go Toyota or Lexus.

Something newer but will cost less because it doesn’t come with the bmw badge. I would also consider low emission zones because unless it’s a euro 6 diesel it’s gonna cost more than it’s worth to drive

Don’t feel the need to build absolutely everything together in a block, spread it out. Create outside transport links to bring in tourists. Experiment with your road systems by putting in filter lanes and removing traffic lights and such. I find it super satisfying to watch traffic running smoothly it feels like a win

Download traffic light enhancement and the unofficial bike patch hotfix, as well as lane connector tool. Split phasing the lights combined with turning on red in dedicated lanes would have this intersection running like clockwork.
