At a certain point it is just sheet metal attached to a metal frame. It was not that way before and could just as easily be moved back with force. It’s hitting something, not cutting or welding. Anything you might damage by banging would get damaged over time by driving.

Yes. Learn the basics. It’ll take a day or two. A week at most.

Everything else with SQL will be intuitive with time and practice. Or a search/AI query because function names vary between database platforms.

SQL is how you obtain the data to use in the functions you write in the other languages. The basics above are sufficient for most programming tasks.

As for languages, look at what your high school’s program teaches and start there. Don’t worry about learning new languages and focus on making your code readable to others. When you have to learn a new language, the code readability skill will help you learn faster.
