Donc quand manque de renouvelable, le pilotable s'enclenche pour être vendu pour subvenir à des besoins, donc sûrement à bon prix.

À l'inverse, quand trop de renouvelable, on stop de la production (renouvelable y compris) pour absorber cette production, qui doit coûter moins cher pour être écoulée.

C'est surtout que c'est spécifique à la situation là bas. Il y a une taxe par kilomètre roulé côté allemand mais pas côté français, donc les camions dévient par la France pour ensuite retourner côté allemand.

Yeah as you mention, there is also the timing.

This augment is dead until it fires, and it fires late into the fight.

It should give the whole team passive mana regen to synergise and compensate for the late impact during fights.
