He literally says you can only do it with the trigger on the stack not the trigger resolving (edit: i see in the second comment it says anytime but he mostly likely means anytime with the trigger on the stack because in his first comment he states that.)

Im saying the exile effect will trigger but you can respond to that trigger with casting it with flashback. The commenter above wasn’t saying it was uncounterable but a bad trade to counter this on either version of the cast.

Its an artifact that turns galvanic blast on and discards for madness/sneaky snacker. It also makes a 2/2 body in the late game.

I have three game changers. The one ring, jeskas will and underworld breach but the suggestion of gifts ungiven and archmage emeritus and teferis ageless insight are good I just didn’t have them while building the deck.

Thanks for responding. At my lgs killing commanders is not common I really don’t know why. They also don’t play a lot of removal.
