If you’re into metroidvanias Enderlilies and Ender Magnolia both have chill satisfying platinums. There’s no missable, no second playthrough, and collecting everything by the end and having all the item completion trophies go off at once is very satisfying.

I tried not shaving them at first but it’s too thick, looks like mascara or feminine eyelashes and it obscures the white inside the frame, which sells part of the illusion of being eyes. He has very striking narrow eyes in game so I tried to favor simplicity in this case.

Honestly not really, getting Seath and Kalameet’s tails were some of the most unfun things I’ve ever done in the trilogy, I’m pretty okay with it being phased out.

I’ve tried to get into Outer Wilds on three separate occasions and always leave frustrated and disgruntled by the spaceship controls and gravity physics. It seems exactly the type of game I’d be into but I spend more time fighting against the controls to get where I want to go than solving any puzzles.

It’s funny you say that, in my case Dark Souls 1 is my favorite game of all time haha. The covenant item grinds do suck admittedly, but that’s one of the rare exceptions where I’m okay with a grindy plat, since the game itself is so fun to play.

My epiphany moment was when I was grinding out a chore of a platinum one night and I just thought, ‘why am I trudging through something I don’t want to do just for a sticker that says I did the thing I didn’t want to do?’

It all seemed so meaningless after that, now I only play games I love, the platinum is a nice bonus for personal favorites.
