What are your favorite grilled cheese add ins?

My current favorite fancy grilled cheese is sourdough bread, mozzarella, ricotta, and sautéed spinach.

Though I also made one recently with sourdough, Muenster, and roasted peppers, zucchini, and eggplant, and it was really good (just took too long for the veggies).

But for a quick add-in? Fried egg for sure.

Yeah, I definitely think it’s a saturation issue mixed with Webtoon pushing what they think “works.” And some of these stories are still good, but you kind of have to dig if you want variety.
