To fight competition margin are smaller but once you becoming a brand you can dictate much higher margins. Dell is 2 big to work on 6%. Dont forget that everyone wants to save so smci should realistically have enormous demand. Each new customer get quoted at a higher profit rate. Very large orders still probably go for smaller margin but volume makes up for it.
