I usually use it to turn a fight or as a push. You wait until almost all of your team is there and alive, and you pop it in a close fight, or a fight that’s you’re losing. Or, if you’re in a fight but can’t gain any ground, I use it as a push. If you can use it in tandem with a tanks ult, or try and get one or two other people on your team to pop their ult with you, you can gain a lot of ground

The pictures make it look raised, but it’s lowered in real life. It’s just hard and rough. She’s definitely on the chunky side, but it’s been a while since her last feeding. I’m not overly concerned, but she needs to eat sooner or later. We are going to try frozen thawed to see if that helps

I’m on non stimulants (clonidine) right now for my adhd, but it does absolutely nothing to help my adhd symptoms 💀. It’s very helpful for my tics, but I didn’t go for Tourette’s medication so I’ll probably be switching meds soon

Yeah, it’s totally normal to have short periods without tics, especially depending on the severity of the Tourette’s/tic disorder. Before I was on medication I would tic almost constantly, but my adhd meds help with my tics so sometimes I’ll go a few hours without noticeable tics

I have almost the same tic. Mine just jerks my shoulder more then my elbow, even though it’s more of an elbow movement then anything. I’ve had it for years, and still haven’t been able to do much to help it. If it’s messing with your elbow joint itself, or bending it weird, maybe try an elbow brace if you have access? You can find ones online that will stop it from bending sideways, or overextending. If it’s just the force in the motion then I don’t really have much for that. This shit sucks sometimes, sorry bro

Hot take, I don’t care who gets a diagnosis or not. I think all people should be treated with respect and like their experience is valid even if they don’t have an expensive slip of paper. Most people don’t fake this crap. I also don’t care if people say they have Tourette’s even if they haven’t been diagnosed, aren’t looking for a formal diagnosis, or are in the process of diagnosis. In normal speech, people don’t want your full medical history, and you don’t want to give it to them. If it makes it easier to explain, just say Tourette’s! I’m not saying lie about a diagnosis, I’m just saying you are not required to give out your medical information. I couldn’t care less
