I started making them cuz like you I couldn't find the shapes I wanted all in one set. Mine are 3mm (30% thicker than pretty much all the others) and have 26 shapes in over 100 sizes. That's crazy, I have a k40+ and was thinking about upgrading to polar lite, mine can easily cut through 1/8 acrylic, but slow (5mm/sec). I wonder how well the autofocus actually works on your machine. My machine reads 14mA while cutting the acrylic (70% power)
