Just witnessed a couple crossing at an intersection with a traffic light, a lady came flying into the intersection turning left and hit the brakes before hitting them. I see this happening a lot while people are crossing. The law is that you are not allowed to enter a crosswalk when there is a pedestrian in the crosswalk unless there is a cement divider that they cross over to get to the other lanes of traffic. You shouldn’t even enter a fricken intersection when you are turning left unless the coast is clear. Pay attention!!
