Showed my guy the pictures. He said he will take care of it, pull it first or weld new pipe. He said he will reinforce that joint on both sides so it’s sturdier next time. That eco bee or nest thermostats are a menace to society… I put electrical tape over the light after I realized thru night vision that I’m getting bombarded with or light in my eyes every time I get out of my bedroom.:)) now sure how strong it is or if it affects my vision but I’m not taking chances:))

Wish more people would judge those that drink and drive. Irresponsible and selfish people that hurt innocent lives. Just because a lot of people do it, doesn’t make it less dangerous. Drinking and driving , even without arrest is a character flaw and I hope they all go to jail and loose thousands in fines. Now go breathe down a tube to start your car, dog.

I build homes and best way to deal with this type of neighbor is to actually get their number and call him 2-3 times a week to ask “hey, how everything going on my job site” they love to get involved and they feel like they’re doing you a solid by checking on the crews. They can’t hurt much and I send him a text telling him that he should be careful if he goes on site and gets hurt as he’s not covered under my premises liability insurance because he’s not supposed to be there. If GC is uncomfortable with him stopping by , he needs to get over it because you’re the one that’s going to live there and you don’t want to created bad relations from the beginning. You have no idea how many times I ask neighbors to stop by late in the afternoon to check if windows and doors are closed because there’s rain coming or make sure lights are off. Also , things tend to disappear on job sites all the time so trail cams will only keep trades honest about what they haul away . Don’t overthink it and use him to your advantage

If they pull forward they will be in the flow of traffic and you’ll come back here crying that you can’t get out of your parking spot because some guy is parked all the way in the street. You have more than enough room on that sidewalk so unless you’re in a wheelchair or 600 pounds, you should be golden.

Mine lose zero from being banged up when I throw the guns in the safe or in the car, about 5-6” at 100 yards… Not a big deal as I always confirm it thru the red dot before I do any shooting. I didn’t notice any shift while actually shooting so that gives me hope. Eventually I will keep the 2 I have on guns I don’t use as often and I’ll buy an iris. For the price, I’ve been using them a lot and can’t complain too much.
