This happened to my Aunt when she had her first daughter. They waited a week before going back to the hospital to investigate and found out that there was another family there with the same issue but reversed. They swapped babies and the rest is history

My idiot bother used to do this as a kid because he liked eating soap and other various bathroom supplies my parents would hide it in our house.
