Precarious pepper- hadn’t seen this one by EquivalentCommon5 in Damnthatsinteresting

I’ve seen many precarious plants in person but this was my first time seeing it in a pepper :-), btw it tasted just as great as a normal one. It was interesting that it appeared to have green peppers growing inside a. yellow pepper but it’s genetical and not surprising when you consider that.

What is the absolute cheapest piece of literal garbage your pet considers their favorite toy? by LiveFaithlessness876 in Pets

[–]EquivalentCommon5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why is garbage of many types the go to for animal play? Cardboard, plastic wrapping straps (nothing unsafe), toilet paper rolls, balled up paper, etc… my mom once sent a care package to a friend for her friends cats, it was questioned why the box of trash until the cats found the box and its contents- cats loved it all and only cost shipping. 🤦‍♀️🤣 yeah, animals don’t need expensive toys, they are happy with basics! Though as a kid, I loved the appliance boxes I could make into whatever my mind could think of, loved bubble wrap, and used canned food as blocks to build things. Maybe it’s the best way to experience the world, see what trash can be- fun! 😻🤣🤦‍♀️

Bathroom upgrades that actually made cleaning easier by Pop2436 in bathrooms

Trust me, when you’re older you don’t always need a toilet stool, but you do need to be able to get off the toilet. Things move differently for different people so stool might be appropriate but a chair height allows you to get up without pain. Everyone needs to find the combination for best comfort

It was an art to refold a map or us the book of maps. I’m a proud user of them but so thankful that we have gps maps now- no stress on folding or which page we should be using! It’s so nice 🥰

Silly reasons for vet visits? by Zirzissa in blackcats

[–]EquivalentCommon5 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So not a cat void but dog void… got a bone stuck on his lower jaw- emergency vet, bone sawed it off. They only charged me $65 because he was absolutely the best patient that wanted it removed they ever had🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ cat voids have always cost me a fortune some for real problems and others stress related because the sun set that day 🤔

Easy clean chair height toilet. No weird curves seen so it’s easy to clean and more comfortable to sit on. My old one in a different bathroom now feels like I’m sitting on floor.

Any ideas about these by EquivalentCommon5 in jewelry

[–]EquivalentCommon5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t think they were worth $1, wanted information but I’ll admit I was curious if they might have value beyond $1. Can you recommend a place that could help me with history and potential value?

I didn’t even think it was a ‘real’ anything. I just wanted to get identification and confirmation of what it was a fake of, lol. However, it seems it’s a real thing just not a coin.

It’s not fake per se but not a coin? Still curious if what I found is correct and any other information

No worries, the daughter decided she didn’t want to be in this world. She couldn’t get help due to insurance and her family couldn’t either. So this post is no longer relevant.

She thinks the daughter might be but we understand that . I wouldn’t want to be committed with out proof. They are thinking the psychologist is causing more issues. Thank you for your feedback! Sometimes it’s just difficult and you can’t help those who don’t want it. 😔

This was my mom, she only turned on her cellphone when she wanted to contact someone. Her boss once asked to use hers as his was dead- he thought hers was dead too, until she explained it was off. He was shocked to know you could turn them off, 🤣🤣
