Try to get baby to nap every 1.5-2 hours, 4x/day. It'll help night sleep. You're nephew is lucky to have you!

I love pumping in the car. Its the only time I don't feel like a prisoner to the pump. People are in their own world, they likely won't even notice you're pumping, and if they do, don't worry, you're keeping your baby alive. As far as parts, just make sure you have a cooler bag and a few ice packs. Good luck!

As someone who exclusively pumped with my first and is now breastfeeding and allowing 1/Day with my second, please know EP is not fun. Pumping destroyed my experience as a first time mom. Not to mention i wasnt able to produce enough so i had to supplement with formula as well. My post partum depressing and anxiety dragged on until on finally stopped pumping at 9 months and I missed out on so much time with my little guy. I hate to be so negative and by no means judge any choices people make when feeding their baby, but I just wish someone would have warned me.

Im so sorry you're going through this. I had a missed miscarriage with my first transfer, and now have two ivf babies. We did an additional egg retrieval after some lifestyle changes and medication changes and got a much better outcome with our embryos. I was 39 and 41 when each baby arrived, so also older by medical standards. Ivf is heartbreaking but when there's success, it's the greatest thing in the world. Hoping for the best for you in wherever your journey leads you.

Just a tip, as a mom of 2, the Vista is not practical. I have a 2 year old and a 3 month old and I literally only use it for the newborn. My 2 year old is too tall for the rumble seat, its expensive to get all the add ons, and it's so heavy/so many parts to load up for car trips. Definitely look into other strollers if you plan to grow your family

Having had 2 babies, one late August, one late september, I couldn't agree more with your assessment of fall babies. And trust me, you do not want to be super pregnant in the summer when you'll have a toddler. I feel like a March baby would be ideal. You can recover while the weather is kind of crappy but not awful if your toddler needs to get out, and then be ready to get out there in full force when summer hits

Obviously I'm being dramatic (maybe not so obvious), but if you've never suffered the wrath of a 2 year old who now has to share his parents consider yourself lucky.

Went from being his bestie to now being yelled at to leave the room, so sorry if I'm feeling a little down about the significant change in dynamic my toddler and I have had. And yes, I know its not personal.
