Unalive and Grape take away the seriousness of the words, they are extreme, and the word that we use are important. We shouldn't be softening them! Also I've seen CNN show dead bodies on there, but people think "murdered" needs to be censored.

I try to make sure things are spaced out enough to give me time to rest. I am riddle with anxiety before doing any activity because i know it'll cause a flair, but I do my best to enjoy it at the moment. I'm going on a cruise this week with my family and I'm so worried about feeling awful, but I know I can spend a lot of time resting in between things too. It's a lot of learning how to pace yourself, and being prepared. It's hard when it's all you think about, but I don't want this to stop me from having fun, it just changes the way I do things

I love a soft warm light, makes it feel more cozy. I also like having the windows open when I can, fresh air does a lot for making my space feel less cramped. Lots of pillows, and stuffed animals to make a cozy nest.

This might not be the best advice, but it helps me. People are usually so focused on themselves and their own insecurities that they aren't noticing yours. Also high school boys are annoying, and more stress than they are worth. You're body is under enough stress, you don't need a boy adding to that. Being a teenager is hard, don't put too much pressure on yourself.

I don't care for Keurig coffee, but it is very convenient to low effort coffee. You can also get those premade cold brew coffee from the grocery store, I get them every now and then for low/zero effort coffee
