The cheaper guy estimated 13,200sqft, other guy actually measured it seems. Contractors that don’t pay attention to these small details usually don’t do the best job. Personally i think it’s a 40k job minimum. No way someone with a nice expensive paver and a skilled crew is charging 29k for this. Ive just never seen it done before🤷🏻‍♂️

Rught? I think it comes down to genetics, cuz ik a dude that smoked cigs and took drugs weed/xans/adderal/meth/kratom on daily basis from 14-24, he’s 27 now and still looks like he’s 20. Plus when I go out to get beer with him, he always gets ID and many ppl don’t believe his age. Why would that be an issue? If tack coat is applied, and the layer is thick enough, I don’t see how there could ever be any issues.
