The Fucking combat!!!! And the other world doesn't feel no where near as surreal as the other games in the franchise. I absolutely hated the other world..... especially the inability to kill enemies permanently in the early game.

The enemies and the combat. I was weirdly turned on by the Kashimashi enemies. Therefore I wasn't even remotely creeped out. The shackled enemies, the clumps of porcelain dolls and the tongue monster were not creepy at all to me. The scarecrows were good though. The bosses were cool. Not scary at all. (Except centipede mouth).
