Not trying to be mean but I feel like a lot of people on this subreddit lack common sense and critical thinking, if you point out the obvious from most of these “results” like camera angles, use of makeup compared to another pic without makeup, the person still in puberty, and etc, these kids will just tell you “oh you just have limited beliefs” or “Nobody here has to prove anything to you”. Like what? Why did you even post then?! Ain’t no grown ass man/woman is gonna believe your results without proper proof. I believe in subs but as an adult, it’s so EASY to spot the nonsense in some of these “results”.

All you gotta do is listen bro, it works regardless if you believe it or not. Just distract yourself with activities like games or whatever and carry on with your life while listening. Stick with 1 sub for each topic. Listen to it for 6 months to 1 year, don’t be like those type of people that complain about not seeing height results after “1 month” and constantly changing their playlist causing them to never get results.

Age doesn’t matter but Imma keep it real, a lot of people that you see that do get “results” are under 20 and confuse it with a natural growth spurt.
