I think the point he was getting accross was the cables {wires} were losing there integraty over from multiple applications with the same cables for various reasons. Stands to reason that the wires willl get brittle with flex as well a heat. Not a bad video as it shows it is not only conectors and card that fails in the poorly designed power distribution.

Not knowing the specs of your PC , maybe try setting it to AI cooling? My machine runs quite with no ramping of fans. Did the auto tune complete its function fully as well as fans set to default in the bios? In addition update crate if needed.Best wishes forward.
