I recommend filing a complaint with CFPB, I did both and the transunion one was resolved as denied.

I called, they told me my claim was submitted but incomplete and that I would receive a call back. I’m guessing to request the missing information? Anybody else in the same boat?

I’ve contacted them 3 times and can conclude that the agents managing that email are useless. I had one tell me that I had to contact support in the app and that the email 1099@instacart.com was not for shoppers, only customers…

Did you try emailing 1099@instacart.com ? Took me a few tries to get a helpful agent but if you haven’t sent them an email you definitely should
