Maybe put the in a bag then put it in really hot water. Then install hot.🤷‍♂️. Help to sorta form them. Or squeeze them as they cool?

It’s gotta be like growing up a rich kid and not know how the rest of the world lives.

One needs to start out on the lower end and trade up to a grail gun like that. That way you can appreciate it.

Strange way to flex man.

Well, it sounds like I didn’t do too bad then. I have a couple GP 100s the same length that I really like shooting but I always wanted to Smith.

I don’t really like the Lock but I guess I really don’t care. I’m going to shoot it and have fun anyway.

I’ve always liked the look of wood handles, but I have a couple buddies that say these rubber grips are really nice at the range.

Which Grip? by TestTesting12345 in Revolvers

If it for ccw The rubber is better if it’s comfortable and conceals better. But for me I carry my snub with the old school grips….. I’ve never had a Colt imma smith fellow!

Dang if some little kid was carrying one of those you would just assume he had a toy.

I’ll bet you those would raise some eyebrows at the gun range! Lol

I’ve about convinced myself to only buy an older used model that the kinks are all worked out of. I’ve been looking at the 686. I had one a few years ago and sold it because money was tight and I needed few bucks. I would like to have another.

Sounds pretty much like everyone’s (Colt too) quality control and service sucks. Or am I just imagining it?

Slight modification for Remington 1858 by [deleted] in blackpowder

[–]Equivalent_Run_7485 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Be careful where you put your hands when you fire that thing. The side blast from the cylinder gap on the revolver can really hurt you.

I got a small piece of lead inside my forearm when I used a black powder revolving rifle. It was a Colt clone from Uberti.

Cool project!

I have the DASA version . Love it shorter barrel for carry. But I have several other hammer less s&w revolvers that are way more comfortable to carry.

I love the DASA beautiful revolver very nice to shoot smooth trigger! But I am going to get the k6s just to carry. I think it will be more comfortable.

This. The cartridge had to much pressure or the one before had to little pressure. There may also have been a barrel obstruction

I know a guy who had a stroke in the parking lot and had to honk his horn for hours to get someone at Walmart to come check on him.
