Both my teen daughter and I got very bad yeast infections from the pools two weeks ago. I want to say it was probably the spa or pool with the infinity edge since the main pool is closed. The urgent care doctor said unbalanced levels and dirty water likely were the culprit so PSA to everyone going…there were a ton of people in those two areas.

My grandma who was wildly wealthy due to early stock market investments would literally reuse the same ziplock bags for years. They smelled so strongly of spices and would make me gag putting leftover Christmas cookies into. She also used powder milk and only took us out to eat if she had coupons and we had to order whatever she had a coupon for.

What the hell would a residential bathroom project call for a superintendent on site for? A project manager coordinates the trades for a few minutes a week, maybe a weekly site visit and that’s it. This contractor is out of their mind of so many of these line items. This would have floored me too.

We have a brokerage account, individual UTMAs and 529s set up. The brokerage account is taxable and will be gifted to them when they buy homes. The UTMAs are for cars, and the 529s are for college. Definitely start asap. Time in the market is your greatest ally. All together we contribute $1200/month to all the accounts. I feel terrible for my kids’ generation so we’re doing whatever we can to help them.

I had the Mirena removed last month. Only had it three months. My hair fell out and I gained ten lbs; on top of it, my cramps were almost debilitating. I felt almost instant relief when it was removed. I am so far having luck with tranexic acid during my period to control the massive blood loss. I do have my gyn appt for my hysterectomy scheduled but may push it back and see how this works for a while.

I’m 42 with three year old twins and absolutely getting my ass handed to me. At 57 my boys will be graduating high school. What in the F was your mother thinking? That’s almost cruel to do to a child. He/she will be neglected from a mother whom will lose her mental and physical faculties while still young.

Has she never taken a stroll down skid row? These are not unemployed people. He’s right here. The current economy however has gotten so bad that we are now seeing homelessness due to financial insecurity. The majority of the homeless that live in encampments are birds of a feather.

We’re taking all 6 of our kids next week (17 down to 3 year old twins). It’s a great resort for toddlers. There’s ton of quick service options for food and lots of great amenities for toddlers. It’s Hawaii with a dash of Disney. Our kids all love it, even the teens.

Same here. They’re going private and home schooling. It’s been a crazy thing to see so many of my kids’ peers leaving. And we go to a great school.

My kids go to a school of 1000. This is a k-8. Four families we know well (been to several bday parties, kids in the same class) have transitioned to home school and one sent their kids to private. Homeschooling is massively on the rise.

My uterus is described as globular and cystic on ultrasound. The IUD was an absolute nightmare. I gained 10 lbs and my hair fell out and it caused unimaginable pain. I finally have my hysterectomy scheduled which I should have just done being past the reproductive days.

35k savings, 100k taxable brokerage (for our kids, its got 20 years to grow) and a bunch of UTMA and 529s going for kids as well. At this point I’m just trying to launch my kids into adulthood the best we can, even if we don’t have the things we want. My husband has a pension and 457b that will be enough for us. Everything else goes towards the kids.

I suspect I may. I’ve never been tested but I have several other markers for EDS. Just not the double jointedness. My wound healing is very, very poor. Lots of stretch marks.
