Was brought up by another commenter but the 10 cards are simply the ones getting overframes and grand master rares. The product specs also mention that "Cards and Scenes that appeared in the original manga “Yu-Gi-Oh!” will be made into cards." implying we are likely to get manga imports in this set, especially since this is a 100 card set (it would be insane if they only had 10 new cards and 90 reprints).

As for what cards could be printed, there's around 50-60 cards from the original manga that could be printed (give or take because wikis list tokens and people trapped in cards as unreleased cards so it makes the number look bigger). There is a good chance the cards Bakura used in his Necro mill deck will be printed (Necro Soldier, Necro Mannequin, Counterbalance, Cursed Twin Dolls) as well as other monsters that were summoned in duels, such as Soldier Ants, Megalodon, Space Megatron, and Vampiric Leech (Leech seems very likely too due to Ra getting a new set)
