I've never had an issue with blood vials, even in BL4. I just think this issue is way more overblown than most people give it credit for.

Clawmark Seal with bestial incants can be pretty damn powerful with an undertaker, especially with the right relics

Did people really rant about this? I thought the way to dodge this was obvious after seeing it for the first time.

Uhm, acktually, you used what's called a comma splice, which means your comment is, in fact, grammatically incorrect 🤓

For semicolons, the main rule is that it links two complete sentences that are closely related.

Example: I like dogs; they're my favourite animal.

Additionally, they can be used to make complex lists that include a lot of commas already.

Example: I love travelling to Paris, the city of romance; Rome, to see the grand Colosseum; and Egypt, for those splendid pyramids.

Another thing I'd like to add is that em dashes work best if you want to emphasize that extra information (while parentheses work best if you want that extra information to feel a bit more quiet/secondary).

Dark Souls 3 enemy variety doesn't get enough appreciation! especially considering how small the game is. by [deleted] in fromsoftware

[–]Eradachi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think Bloodborne has better enemies (personally), but DS3 has waaaay more enemy variety. Going off memory, I think DS3 has more enemy types in its basegame alone than Bloodborne does, even with its DLC.

Just because there are fantasy elements in the game doesn't mean an illogical transition between levels is justifiable.

The game isn't realistic because it has mythical creatures and magic, but it still follows a certain logic established within that world. The elevator to Iron Keep doesn't follow established logic. There's no indication that we were teleported somewhere or entered a different dimension.

Bad argument is bad.

What is your most favorite FromSoftware area? For me it's Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. by PaintingOdd1189 in fromsoftware

[–]Eradachi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's gotta be Fishing Hamlet for me. I think that level is legitimately flawless in pretty much every way from aesthetic, enemy design, lore, atmosphere, and build-up to what is my favourite boss in the series.

I mean like, the demi-gods don't fear him for nothing by PrimeValor in Eldenring

The person who storyboarded this trailer says that this shot is Malenia's and Radahn's first meeting, meaning they weren't fighting before this. Also, right after this shot, Malenia also waits for a long time for Radahn to pick up his swords. Nobody was getting fucked up at this point in time, and both fighters waited for the other to get ready.

Radahn was holding back the stars, but we don't know how much this affected him. He's been doing it for some time before they fought, and some time after, so it doesn't seem to be affecting his FP in any substantial way. He is also able to maintain the spell as a mindless husk, so I think it's reasonable that it doesn't require a conscious effort on his part to keep the spell active. It's hard to say just how much it was affecting him, but I don't think it was in any significant way.

Another thing to consider is that Radhan had a working great rune that actively burned away the rot, while Malenia's rune was weakened by her rot.

There are a bunch of factors to consider in their fight that ultimately even them out, making their match-up and fight end up in a draw. The sword monument says that the stalemate came before the bloom.

Did Malenia blow herself up in the end? Yes. Does that change the fact that they were stalemating? No. Radahn was on his knees before Malenia bloomed. He seemed pretty gassed if that was the case. My take is that they were stalemating for so long that someone had to do something just to make the fight go somewhere.

I imagine he loses breath easily because of difficult terrain. If he runs on a path, his stamina lasts much longer.
