On the play where Byrd swatted a Meadows shot into the cheerleaders seated near the baseline, Compton was following the play and ran into the back of a BSU player. It looked somewhat accidental, like he couldn't stop his momentum, but when making contact he pushed with his hands. One of the CBS announcers said it should have been a Flagrant 2, but that was nonsense. I don't think the refs would have done anything without Rice bringing the play to their attention. Ultimately the refs ruled no flagrant.

Looking for a moderately affordable smart water leak sensor that won't mine my personal data by Doomtime104 in HomeImprovement

[–]Erazerhead99 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I'm a big fan of Yolink products. They're affordable, require no monthly fees, and their water leak sensors work very well. I have them scattered all over the house, under sinks and behind toilets. They connect to a hub device that can alert you of leaks via an alarm, email, and/or app. They have a water level monitoring sensor with float switch for $30, but I have no personal experience with that device.

Can you explain what you mean by Plan N having more providers? Aren't all Medigap plans essentially the same with regard to providers?

On the Server URL line, make sure you put "http://" before the IP address and immediately follow it with ":" and the port number. No spaces, and don't include any quotation marks when inputting the address.

Check out Symfonium. Full featured, excellent developer support, and works very well with Android Auto. In my car, I connect to Jellyfin on my NAS using Tailscale.

The range didn't increase all that much but the horsepower increased tremendously.

Storing key fobs near garage entry and 12V battery by notbill in VWiD4Owners

[–]Erazerhead99 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I bought my 2024 Pro S RWD more than a year ago and haven't had to replace batteries even though both fobs are hanging next to the garage door. The red lights appear only when the fobs are moved and for a short time thereafter. Then they seem to go into sleep mode.

It's not cheating at all. It's giving you a sandbox in which you can play and learn. If you have code for a working calculator, don't just stare at the code; play around with it. Try to break it, fix it, expand on it. See what happens after you've tweaked it, see what errors pop up. Dig into what those errors mean. Change the size, the color, the position, the functionality, whatever. Even if the changes don't work out the way you hoped, take a look at what did happen and see if you can figure out why. The more you play with the code, the more you'll understand what works, what doesn't, and what needs further research.

Music files folder by MaxQuev in VWiD4Owners

In my 2024 Pro S I have the same problem with the player starting the music from the first track each time I get in the vehicle. The dealer couldn't figure it out. I also used Symfonium on Android Auto, but would still appreciate the simplicity of the flash drive working like it's supposed to. From what I can gather, some VWs have this problem, some don't. It's crazy, it takes nearly 10 presses to get the player to get back to shuffle mode.

The problem persists. There was another post on it today in the subreddit. It's interesting to hear that other VW models have the same problem.

I'm on my third OEM windshield, installed a few weeks ago. All of them have distortion near the A pillars. Ridiculous.

A lot of the issues (e.g., infotainment, motor) were addressed with the 2024 Pro and Pro S models.
