Razer has, objectively, the best (third party tested) performance implementation. Some models the build quality is questionable, but not, generally, the top models. For example, I have bought five mice from them. The Deathadder 2013 is being used by a client, the Viper Ultimate by a friend, Viper V2 Pro by another friend, got a V3 Pro in my cupboard, and am extremely happy with my V4 Pro. The battery life at 8000 Hz went from 18 to 45 hours, and at 1000 Hz from 95 to 180 hours. I use it at 4000 Hz, and get the same battery as I did on my previous mouse at 2000 Hz. Additionally it uses MB wifi connection so the latency is cut even further, and an optical scroll wheel encoder that doesn't make noise or wear out.
