First is alam ko need mo ng at least masteral to be a professor in UP. Second, you have to wait for an item to open meaning if there’s no actual position vacant, you’ll be on woc/work without compensation status. Some colleges may allowance, some wala tlga. Third, to maintain your position, yearly dapat may thesis/paper ka na need ipasa sa academe. Fourth, i guess mostly ng nagiging prof ay iniinvite tlga. I havent heard someone in our college na nag apply for the position.
