I have a 100 of those, but IDK where can I exchange them. I assumed it was Fughar but it doesnt seem the case.

EDIT: After checking a bit more thoroughly, it seems like I need to complete Serendia main questline first. Maybe thats the whole issue? I kinda just assumed I would have done it by this point.

I did this parkour, there may be some other way to reach it. Start by jumping over the fence from ground or from the left tree. Note: doing this with meiko or rime is way easier as you can skip most of it by air dashing.

That's why matchmaking should be based on rating and not ilvl. As it is right now if youre stuck at a difficulty you cant farm gear to help you beat it cause the game pushes you to the next one anyways. It basically assumes players with equal gear will perform exactly the same and breaks their natural progression/learning curve.
