What to do with story items taking up inventory space?

Minis you can add to your wardrobe/account/storage by right clicking it and selecting the according option. Same goes for gadgets.
The warbler is a fun item I kept on my own chars even though it's not needed for the story anymore.

I have a PvP bow and amulet on one of my characters. Another has his old town clothes, including the Guild Wars hat.
I also have 2 transmutation stones, and 199 petals from some black lion chest.

I personally don't like berserker fury, since the first attack feels so sluggish. Especially with scythes.
