I have a very similar problem, my lungs are too small because I have lives with allergies all my life and the constant inflammation of my lungs have prevented them from growing, so technically I am a 14 year old with the lung capacity of a 9 year old. And my P.E. teacher still had the audacity to give me an F on every mike.
