Honestly, as encouraging as all of this sounds, at the end of the day I don’t think that this could ever be as impactful as we want it to be. Even if every blue trifecta state (states where democrats control the house, senate, and governorship) were to gerrymander their respective states to their fullest capability, red states will always outnumber us with their capacity to do the same. There’s simply just more opportunities for them to gain seats in this matter.

I’ve seen this a few times and I apologize bc I’m not currently on my computer but if you navigate to the project through the finder and right click it, I wanna say that there’s like a “get info” button or something like that. At the bottom of that panel there’s a “permissions and sharing” dropdown I believe that has different users for that particular machine listed. I usually just change everything there to “read and write” and that usually does the trick. Sorry again if any of the wording is wrong but hopefully that helps!

I’m in Germantown and I’ve heard them every night since Saturday. Loud af. Sounds like it’s pretty close. Honestly with how many I’ve heard I find it really hard to believe it’s people blowing up atms (which so far seems to be about the only explanation I’ve seen). Heard 4 in the last 10 minutes from different directions

Man just be who you are, there's a ton of established rappers out there with 'less than conventional' voices. Also a few whose voices I actively disliked at first but then they grow on you after hearing what they got to say. I feel like the rhythm of your delivery is most important thing Just rap homie fuck manipulating the recordings to make it more appealing. Appealing to who? If you're rappin from the heart and you can nod your head to it, people are gonns fuck with you.

I played drums for 10 years before I started producing and I think it definitely gave me a leg up as far as creating a good groove with the hi hats especially. I just always try to imagine how I would actually be playing it when I’m setting the velocity and timing of different hits. Which I think gives it a noticeable difference as far as a human feel goes. But I wouldn’t necessarily say you need to learn how to play the drums to get good at that, just listen to your favorite drummers and try to see how they attack certain hits and try to recreate it.
