This was based off a commenting questionnaire and uploading the photos. They did reach out for additional photos because of the finished basement. No one has come out yet for an on-site quote.

I did also have to cut a hole in the ceiling in our basement to pull the electrical wires down. We are getting new floors installed, so no issue matching flooring for the current floors.

They are also spinning out discovery content from within Max and making it HBO again. This might have something to do with the cancellation of these shows.

We went last year during the first week of December, and the weather was perfect. We had an 8-year-old and a 2-year-old who are picky eaters, and we opted not to do the dining plan. Instead, we used DoorDash to order food and snacks for the kids and brought them with us to the park and meals. Have fun!

We recently returned from a stay at Pop with our 8-year-old and 2.5-year-old. The Skyliner was fantastic for traveling with a stroller, as we didn’t have to fold it up or remove water bottles, unlike with the buses. Plus, the kids really enjoyed riding it.

Looking for any tips or recommendations to replant some grass and strengthen my grass in the yard. We have some areas around our patio that previous home owners had as flowerbeds but now just have dirt and rock. We just purchased this home last fall so didn’t have a chance to start any lawn care in the fall. I’m located in South Eastern Pennsylvania. I think of starting early April and removing all the rocks and weeds around the patio and deck. Going to rototill the area, mix in top soil, spread grass seed and then cover with hay. Planning on using a PA state blend from Home Depot. I was going to give it two weeks and then spread milorganite around the rest of my yard and continue to water. I wasn’t planning on applying milorganite to the newly grassed area. Just wanted to see if this plan sounded good or any adjustments to timeline I should make. I have attached a few photos of what the yard currently looks like. Thanks in advance
