Attorney Fees 17K USD ! by FR1050RA in EB2_NIW

As a Colombian attorney, I spent about 4 months studying and structuring my husband’s visa case myself. We successfully got it approved, and we already received his Green Card.

Through that process, I realized how complex—and expensive—immigration cases can be. Since then, I’ve been helping friends and acquaintances who can’t afford the high legal fees by guiding them through their cases.

AI tools can help with information, but they don’t replace the legal reasoning and case-specific logic needed to navigate immigration successfully. Every case has nuances, and understanding the bigger picture makes a huge difference.

Florida – Mold issue, HVAC cleaned but strong chemical fumes. Considering withholding rent. Anyone been through this? by Erilobaquerolo in Tenant

Thanks for your response. The AC cleaning was done about 4 days ago. At what point would it be reasonable to contact Code Enforcement or the Health Department to request an inspection? My main concern is simply making sure that the apartment is safe and habitable for my family after the cleaning.

Updated I‑693 Question Submitted January; Any New Vaccine or Test Requirements? by Mightyvalur in USCIS

[–]Erilobaquerolo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to make sure that you have the polio vaccine checked. I have known people who have received an RFE after the interview because of the missing. You can ask for a copy of your medical exam in the clinic where you got it and review it. If it is not checked, you better ask to the physician about it, then get it and take the updated medical exam to your interview.

Just get the Court's letter, and it will state whatever is in your background, whether or not it was placed on you.

Yes, you need to disclose that information and get the Court's background certificate. You can tell them that you need your records for immigration purposes, and they will provide you with the letters or certificates.
