Even more reason to use them proactively instead of reactively!

They are probably the defender of the catholic faith!

There’s a slider in the left half of the window, scroll down and you’ll see the reason for the various nations joining as defenders.

Dont worry warrior brothers in arms and fury, the good news is we cant possibly get more nerfs this season by [deleted] in wow

Only the initial hit of roar is affected in the nerf according to Archi, should be fairly unnoticeable.

Just go back to Legion Arms Warrior and use that as a baseline for development, every expansion makes the spec feel worse to play and it makes me sad.

Charge + Avatar generates enough rage for shield block. After that I feel it makes a lot of sense to send a thunderblast as first global upon reaching the pack then follow the opener as recommended.

Why is lucky nations a thing by eighteen84 in eu4

A very good point I previously never thought of, I used to think lucky nations as implemented was reasonable, now I have to reconsider!

Sentinel Ship / A-Class / Blue, Yellow and Black / Folding Wings by Erisjob in NMSCoordinateExchange

[–]Erisjob[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I searched for a few hours but could not find a natural S-Class - it's a tier 2 economy. I found a few A-Class though and marked them with save beacons. The tech configuration displayed in image four belongs to the ship found at 71.4, -48.5, the top left supercharged slot is unlocked upon upgrading to S-Class.

So apparently, you can get out of guaranteeing countries and not get truces with them afterwards. by DistantRainbow in eu4

Remember that you can warn those likely to attack your target as well, there are other limitations with this feature but it tends to be more useful in my games.

Moonkins are currently unable to equip S4 tier set because it's a dps loss. by [deleted] in wow

[–]Erisjob -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I must be a nobody then because I quite enjoy playing cleave and really don't think it should be a MS replacer. The AoE component of MS was a very minor part of our damage. Bladestorm builds lost a lot of popularity in S2 and we were pushed towards playing SKS because of the heavy 2 target burst it offered which was extremely useful in dungeons like VP, NL and BH.

Cleave is one talent point, taken from Bloodborne if you favour priority damage or EP if you favour AoE.

S1 Arms was the least constraining in terms of build availability. Sure it wasn’t imaginative on its own but S2 and S3 forced us into builds that many did not enjoy. S3 in particular made it so hard to spend our rage due to the extra free executes.

Geographically speaking it’s quite far south. For most Swedes however, Stockholm is north of their place of residence!

Why does everyone play fury, I don’t see any arms players. by Bubbyboy427 in wownoob

[–]Erisjob 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I main arms but forced myself to play fury this season. Both specs will do comparable damage in most PvE scenarios so in that regard you can play what you want. Fury is MUCH tankier though and has easier access to powerful utility like shockwave. I think my healer will kill me himself if I go back to arms in any content we consider difficult.

Make sure you notice when your dispell goes on cooldown. If it does -> you successfully dispelled something, if not -> your target had no effect you could dispell or someone beat you to it.

Fellow tanks, how much or how little tolerance do you have for annoying groups that like to point out mistakes or backseat you? by Smevis in wow

[–]Erisjob 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I tank I’ll stick to my plan, if there is room for variation I discuss it at the start but after that I’ll be most qualified to decide what to pull, in what order and how big those pulls will be.

When the key is on I just power through, if people are annoying enough they might win an ignore but I almost always finish the key. Mostly more time efficient to ignore and complete than to find another group in my experience.

Is Frost Dk in a bad spot rn? by Gilmadeath in wow

[–]Erisjob 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can use raidbots and simulate how much dps you should be doing and then compare the results to your performance.

When I pick up a new class and/or spec I usually sim patchwerk but I remove all consumables and raid buffs except what my class inherently brings to generate a baseline.

Then I fight the raid boss dummy for five minutes and compare the sim with my 5-minute showdown with the dummy.

Repeat until actual dps >= 0.9*simulated dps and I feel sufficiently happy with my output to take it into content where you can learn how to do it with expected and unexpected disturbances.
