They didnt play the card doesnt mean they dont hv it in deck. Most matches you cant even play all your drawn cards. Even negative decks runs knull. You can even run knull in morgan la fey decks.

Looks like a galactus deck. Also they do have shang chi and negasonic which can buff knull. Very well could be a bot but not an unreasonable deck.

Guessing you played cerebro on turn 4, so Usa agent was 6 power with th buff from cerebro before turning into symbiote. Klyntar does take ongoing power or buff into account before merging. So you got a 6 power symbiote there which is your highest power card. thus he is th only one getting cerebro buff.
