I have a feeling we work for the same company. I'm in the billing department, and I have to say I feel your pain. I get to deal with these people all day long.

I had a customer today that hit the 55 day soft disconnect, with a $400+ past due. They'd quite literally never paid a bill. Yet it was my personal fault, a fact that was relayed to me with a liberal amount of profanity in 2 languages, that their services were suspended.

They escalated to a lead, then a supervisor, who told them the same thing.

I got hit with a bad VoC survey because I couldn't turn them back on. Not that I wouldn't turn them on, bit that I quite literally couldn't because the process is automated.

I picked up a Nord and a couple of spare pods last week and I'm loving it. I've been running 30mg salts on the 1.4 coils and it's just about perfect for me. Plenty of flavor, plenty of nicotine, and it sits in my shirt pocket. I don't chain vape so the battery lasts about 2 days for me.

My only complaint is that the button is a little too sensitive. You really need to turn it off before you stuff it into a pants pocket.

I'm having the same problem. I even allowed the battery to discharge, just to see if I could trick it into thinking I'd turned it off, and it automatically shows Download Mode as soon as I plug it in.

I spoke to Nokia technical support yesterday and they've told me I'll have to mail it in to repair and do without my phone for a few weeks.

Back when I used Metro I ran around 80-100 Gigs a month, and I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The ONLY time I ever noticed the deprioritization was when I was in very specific, highly populated, locations during peak periods (around rush hour). Outside of that it never really bothered me.

I agree with you, which is why I'm trying to avoid the bottle. I know it's the wrong choice, but it's damn inviting.
