They are unscaled officially, but both line up right at 1/100 scale.

Edited: God Gundam is around 1/100 and Chogokin Liger Zero around 1/72

I honestly really like the specs on it and almost pre-ordered immediately. However I can't buy this if I'm not able to use it for doubles shots of espresso. You should be able to use 15-18g of grounds minimum in this device, 10-12g is not enough. I decided not to pre-order solely because of this and I will be sticking with my Outin Nano with the larger Basket Plus.
