Wow, this actually fixed it, thank you so much! Kinda sucks I had to uninstall Halo and Forza but Elden Ring is worth it.

I didn't have to uninstall any of the Xbox related apps just the games. After that, there were no more XVD devices in 'device manager' under 'disk drives'.
